VG collects information you submit through inquiries, valuation or sourcing requests, private access applications, and client accounts. Membership enrollment, Lottery entry, and online payments remain closed.
VG may receive contact details, watch information, valuation or sourcing requirements, private-access applications and account information that you submit. Hosting and security services may also process technical records such as IP address, browser information, request time and security events.
The information is used to respond to you, manage requested transactions and maintain your client or collection records. Serial numbers, purchase details and documents in VG Collection are intended to remain visible only to you and authorized VG staff.
VG does not sell client information. Information is shared only with service providers needed for a service you request—for example insured delivery—or where required by law. This website does not request card details, wallet seed phrases, private keys or Lottery payments.
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information. VG may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Contact contact@vgtimepieces.com or use the contact page. Do not send identity documents or payment credentials through a general inquiry.
