01 / Plans and pricing

VG Club: A$79 monthly or A$869 paid upfront for 12 months of membership. Planned draw entries: 7 per membership month, 84 across the full annual term.

VG Select: A$109 monthly or A$1,199 paid upfront for 12 months of membership. Planned draw entries: 11 per membership month, 132 across the full annual term.

VG Signature: A$249 monthly or A$2,739 paid upfront for 12 months of membership. Planned draw entries: 25 per membership month, 300 across the full annual term.

VG Reserve: A$449 monthly or A$4,939 paid upfront for 12 months of membership. Planned draw entries: 45 per membership month, 540 across the full annual term.

VG Private: A$799 monthly or A$8,789 paid upfront for 12 months of membership. Planned draw entries: 80 per membership month, 960 across the full annual term.

Annual membership costs the same as 11 monthly payments and covers 12 months. Draw entries are added monthly, starting at activation, with 11 further monthly allocations. You do not receive the full year’s entries upfront.

02 / Membership terms and automatic renewal

New plans are designed to renew automatically each month or year through a supported payment method you authorize. Before you pay, VG will show the renewal amount, schedule and cancellation options. Existing USDC transfers are manual and do not authorize VG to debit your wallet. Automatic renewal is not available yet.

Annual membership is planned to run for 12 calendar months from activation. Each membership month starts on the same day of the month as activation. If that date does not exist, the period starts on the last day of that month; the next month returns to the original date. Periods are based on calendar months, not fixed 30-day intervals.

Each month’s entries will apply to a specified draw. Future months’ entries cannot be used in the first draw, and unused entries do not automatically carry over. This preview does not grant entry to any draw.

You will be able to cancel future automatic renewals using the method shown before you pay. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current term or remove benefits already owed for that paid term. Draw dates and eligibility will be confirmed before enrollment opens.

03 / Welcome gifts and member rates

The welcome gift is planned as a one-time gift when you first join. It is not sent every month. The gift set for an annual plan replaces the monthly-plan gift; you do not receive both. Available items, sizes, delivery destinations, shipping charges and your estimated dispatch window will be shown before you pay. Canceling a future renewal does not cancel a welcome gift already owed for the paid term.

Plans include separate discounts on VG merchandise and eligible PPF quotes, plus member consignment rates. The consignment rate is the commission charged on the watch’s sale price. It is not a watch purchase discount. PPF work is charged separately, with the applicable member discount.

Eligible services, locations, limits and additional charges will be explained before you buy or book. Existing consignment agreements keep their original terms.

04 / Refunds by payment method

USDC membership payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or your contract. VG does not offer voluntary refunds for a change of mind, unused services or not winning a prize. Duplicate payments, overpayments and an agreed service VG cannot provide are handled under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

For non-USDC payments under the new plans, the proposed policy allows a refund request within 7 days of payment if your draw entries are unused and your welcome gift is unclaimed. Both conditions must be met. This voluntary refund policy does not apply to USDC payments.

Receiving entries automatically in your account does not count as using them. Refund eligibility depends on whether the entries have been used.

The point at which a gift counts as claimed is still being confirmed. Selecting a gift, shipping it and receiving it are different stages. We will explain when a gift counts as claimed and how entry use is recorded before payments open.

This 7-day policy is in addition to your statutory rights and rights under an existing contract. It does not limit them. Contact VG if you need help with a refund outside this policy.

05 / Existing memberships

Existing orders keep their prices, payment arrangements and accepted terms. For help with an existing membership, check your order confirmation or contact VG with your order number. The new plans are not yet available to purchase.
